Lenore Pinello
Newly retired Jupiter, Florida resident Lenore Pinello has long known that the next chapter in her life would include her passion for great food. After a 28- year career in Publishing and Sales Management, a cooking class at a local culinary shop changed her life. An invitation to teach a class featuring foods from her family cookbook, Mangia Mama was all it took; she was hooked! "I felt like Emeril, I just had to open a shop of my own" said Lenore.
New York City native, Lenore, has been inspired by the fabulous cooks in her life, mom Anne Roberto, and sister Barbara De Vita, She is at her best in the kitchen where she gives it her all and cooks from the heart. Small wonder In the Kitchen’s logo is the artichoke, which symbolizes the heart. Friends, old and new, are greeted at the shop with the same warm reception as they receive at her home. It’s important that everyone has a wonderful experience at In the Kitchen. Lenore strongly believes down the road people will forget what you said or what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel. And, at In the Kitchen the feeling is “ welcomed” !
Lenore lives in Jupiter with her husband of 18 years Charlie and their “canine kids”, Cinnamon and Sofia.

“Dear Chef Joseph & Ashley-
We would like to thank you for making Art’s 68th birthday a very special one. We were thoroughly delighted with your selection and preparation of the hors d’oeuvres and courses. The quality of the ingredients, the flavors, and presentation were all and more than anticipated.
We look forward to having another fun evening in the very near future. By the way, we had “leftovers” tonight and they were not far behind last night’s dinner. The Ceviche was fantastic-it will be a regular when you cook for us.“
